New York City, New York
Great for: Shopping , Sight Seeing, Food
Bad for: Travelling with children (toddlers and infants) We travelled with my sister and her babies so the subways were hard to manoeuvre because children get tired quickly (the place is big) and baby buggies become difficult to fold on the subway.
Love: Sight Seeing; it’s a bit like being in all the movies you have seen. Getting to all the places was fairly easy by subway and considering the fact that we were staying on Staten Island. Madison Square Garden was spectacular, we watched the Ruiz and Joshua weigh in … for free. We also got to meet Ruiz in person before he was World Heavyweight Champion, and he was a humble gem. Mr Buffer (Let’s get ready to Ruuuumble! announcer) was such a gentleman, especially with the way my sister was super excited . Eddie Hearn, Anthony Joshua’s Promoter was also another true gentlemanly gem.

All the iconic monuments were very cool but the best place and highlight was Brooklyn. We loved Brooklyn for all it had to offer. A bit of everything; sophistication, trendy restaurants and drinks spots, We had the best Vietnamese food, and the company was surprisingly friendly.
Dislike: The lack of wheelchair and buggy accessibility. In England and the UK as a whole, it is just standard to have accessibility. Imagine folding and unfolding buggies constantly. Going up and down stairs with children and buggies but it seems a myth in New York.
